Short Bio: I built and ran a 40 seat help desk for Charles Schwab & Co. That does not make me a techie but I am (was) a very good call center manager/director. Help Desk 2000 certified for Directors. Was a broker (Series 7, 8, 63) for 15 years, a bar owner for 2 and now this.
