About Me

  • Short bio:

    I am 51 years young, married for 27 years and a 26 year old son who since graduating college works as a professional Graphics Artist (mostly CGI). After being diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia and an equally rare Bone Marrow disorder complicated with Type II Diabetes, I had to take an early retirement. Being homebound, I began working for Experts Exchange running their site. The first computer I owned was a TRS-80 Model 1 Level II w/16 K of Ram back in 1976, which still works today.

  • Interests:

    Prior to the Leukemia, I loved Sky Diving, Parasailing and watersking, camping in the wilderness near a lake to relax. I still enjoy playing Texas Hold'em with my friends.

  • Tech Interests:

    Troubleshooting, building custom PC's, installing high-end Home Theater systems, building C-Moy type of MP3 Amps, Digital and Non Digital SLR photography (I have a dark room and develop my own photos).

  • OS:

    Windows XP Pro SP2 PC,Vista Beta on another PC.
