Started with CAD/CAM systems in 1973; been in tech support in one form or another since that time (since mid-'80's PC's/Apple almost exclusively). I am retired now (and disabled), but run a small home repair business out of my home (I don't charge money for my time just for any HW or SW needed). Life is not great atm, but it could be worse I suppose.
