Short bio:
I work for Qwest Communications, in the midwestern urban oasis of Minneapolis. I support and troubleshoot Qwest business clients throughout the world with their WAN connections into our IP network.
I've been in the tech and communications industries pretty much my entire working career, going on 13 years now.
I've been reading CNET's news.com site since about 1997. In 1998-9, I was an avid listener of Brian Cooley's CNET Radio, which was really a great thing before 'podcast' was even a term!
