  • Short bio:

    Twenty Two years Naval Service, mostly as flight crew/electronics technician. Five years civil service as electronics technician, (dinosaur days). First contact with PCs in late 1996 with an ACER 25Mhz PC running Win3.1. I would like to think that I am about to graduate to the Intermediate level of understanding computers, and then something comes along to bump me back to the newbie level, again.

  • Interests:

    Custom desktops for friends, family, trying to give them a satisfying experience with dependable, well designed personal computers that meet their needs.

  • OS:

    Win 7 Ult, Pro, HPrem, all 64bit, XP Pro 64,XP Pro SP3

  • Machine:

    AMD powered, MSI,Gigabyte, ASUS mainboards, Crucial memory, WD SATA HDs, KVM switched into a Samsung 27" monitor.
