30+ years working with technology; programmer/analyst thru systems engineering and management with USAF (20yr retired); LAN/WAN design/implementation/troubleshooting with multiple firms; currently night-shift team lead in global network operations/management center responsible for incident analysis, management, and resolution with multiple global sites and various tier-1/2 carriers; work with MPLS/SONET; ISDN; T1-T3; experienced with OC3 - OC12 capacity circuits; VoiP; Nokia F/W and multiple flavors of security policies; troubleshoot F5 and multiple varieties of Cisco hardware (2900 thru 6500 switch/routers); VPN (Contivity); handle local and regional/international outages coordinating with global offices and senior/executive level managers; review and edit technical and procedural documents and create/update network diagrams (Visio) as required; -
Interests:
reading (most anything but enjoy military sci-fi/fantesy); working in house; building/rebuilding/modding computers; -

computer hardware/software; network design/analysis/troubleshooting; working with customers (both inside and outside the company) to resolve tech issues to meet both company and users expectations (compromising so each come away satisfied); -
