Brian Donohue started the Daily rEvolution weblog in the summer of 2004 as an effort to attract swing voters into the Kerry camp. Well, it sort of went like a typical round of golf: smooth swing, nice contact, but no direction. Nevertheless, he kept on with the blog, realizing that the lefty political blogosphere lacked a tree-hugging, juice-chugging, New Age Taoist with a lousy short game.
