Born 1957. Father was a systems analyst in the 60's & 70's so I grew up being fed on binary & hexadecimal maths as well as being taught about cattle by an uncle. Showed more mechanical aptitude than desk ability served an apprenticeship in heavy equipment. Moved to Australia in 1981, after which I varied my employment. Married in 1985. Bought 6.7 acres out in the "sticks" & commute to a job that uses just about all my skills. I also have a lot of fun!
Interests:
Cattle, Chickens, high powered street cars(Modified cars, not pre-built Cafe racers).
Tech Interests:
Assembling & setting up hardware. Messing with media (esp audio). Trying out OS's and then introducing other people to them(usually microsofties). Putting together systems for charity purposes(pensioners & poverty struck that need help)
