    Established in 1969, Tiny Tots Development Center (TTDC) provides child care services and early childhood education in a nurturing environment acknowledging cultural diversity. Many of our working families are low-to-moderate income, or single parents. Tiny Tots Development Center provides free, sliding scale, and fee-based preschool, infant care, and before and after school care for school-aged children; in addition, we provide after school learning opportunities for older children through the Community Learning Center (CLC) program.
