Hi there. My name is Anthony, and I've been with Samsung for over 8 years. We're proud to be part of this forum and look forward to helping out any way we can. I've been a computer enthusiast for 20 years, and a consumer electronics enthusiast for 15 years. In my time with Samsung, I've trained people who train people, and have supported a wide range of products, including Consumer Electronics, the IT Division and am currently expanding into Home Appliances as well. I've visited some of our manufacturing plants in person, and have watched some of our products being made. I've spent time in retail stores learning how salespeople sell, and consumers buy. I've spent time in our Knowedge Base Department watching the magic of troubleshooting, and in our call center, service center, ECR Department and of course, our US Headquarters. Over the years, I've found that my peers are dedicated to customer satisfaction and assisting people in need. I work among the best in the industry. One of the things I have a passion for is taking electronics to the limit. I like to see how far they'll go, what they'll do, with real life scenarios and explore different angles. I won't always have an answer, but I'll always do my best to get one, and with a friendly smile and respectful demeanor. I do aim to please, and while they say that you can't necessarily please everybody all the time, I really do attempt to anyway. -
Interests:
Well, I'm pretty much here, most hours of the day, and most days of the week - sometimes I'm the only one in the office with the lights still on. Yeah, THAT guy. I'm a music nut, and spend more time listening than playing, unfortunately. XM Radio and Pandora is just as necessary as coffee on any given day. Lets face it - I spend most of my waking hours on the forums. You guys didn't think I was going to say skydiving, motocross racing and kickboxing, didja? -
Tech Interests:
CE, IT, Home Appliances, and pretty much anything with the name Samsung on it. So when you ask a question, I'm enthusiastic to help you get the most out of your product. And if there is a way around a limitation (and it's legal), I'll be more than happy to help you reach the potential of your products as well. Enough of my bio.
