A hardware tech for over 25 years and a techno geek to boot. Nowdays I work in a think tank, where I look after the Supercomputer, and the other computers too, trying new ways to solve problems and making real world gadgets that solve everyday problems. I'm a Husband, Dad and Bus Driver as we travell NZ in our mobile home at every opportunity.
Interests:
Genetics, No really, I love all things to do with the building blocks of life and the complex code and rules under which they operate. The most amazing computer code ever developed. 4 Commands, which are also the data, and it makes all life... WOW!!!
Tech Interests:
Hardware, Podcasting, Video editing and DVD authoring. Some coding (pretty poor) and Linux. You gotta love the choice

A network of 15 - 20 PC"s Macs and Linux desktops/Servers including one rendering farm. Wireless and Gigabyte networking as well as some homemade radio wan stuff too ... But lousy New Zealand internet service. And at work .. Oh Man ... HUGE !!!!
