I am a lawyer in New York City. I have been a member of the bar since January, 1979, and am a partner in Vandenberg & Feliu, LLP. I am primarily a commercial litigator, but also give advice, negotiate, and help to set up and maintain new businesses and not-for-profits. I write a blog, <a href="http://recordingindustryvspeople.blogspot.com">Recording Industry vs. The People</a>, about digital online copyright infringement cases brought by the RIAA.
