    http://blogs.msdn.com/mthree/articles/478485.aspx I'm M3 Sweatt, at Microsoft since 2001 and most recently as part of the Core Operating Systems Division (COSD), the engineering team responsible for creating the core components and architecture of Microsoft Windows. I work on managing various bits in the group in my day job in COSD, and with our product groups across the company in their efforts to improve satisfaction with our customers and partners.
