    just a frustrated computer user who always seems to have to solve a mountain of problems everytime I try to do anything on it.Nothing is staight forward?I have 2 computers networked so one is dedicated to one task,ie share trading program,and hopefully will not be contaminated from the main one ,everytime something goes wrong.Slowly learning,but feels like wading through tar to get anywhere.

    trying to get into the exercise habit,as retirement has weakened even the little bit of will power I used to have to get up regularly and have a routine.I like to walk.especially along the old converted railway line near here,in the bush.Not regularly
