Shuttle XPC G5 3600mc review: Shuttle XPC G5 3600mc

Shuttle's support is fair at best, with little help provided out of the box. There's no printed manual and not much else on the Web site besides a very general FAQ and a few tired platitudes along the lines of, "Windows sometimes gets into a confused or panic state, and by simply rebooting you can clear the memory and set things straight."

Tech support is toll-free, open weekdays from noon to 8 p.m. ET. The standard one-year warranty covers parts and labor, but there is no onsite support. You can extend the warranty to up to three years for $200, although you'll still have to send in your system for service. Outgoing packages are on your dime, but Shuttle will cover the cost of the return trip.
