ThinkPad Z60 Series

The ThinkPad has undergone radical new design changes in its latest iteration, the thin-and-light Z60 series. The line has two offshoots: the Z60t and the Z60m. The main difference between them is screen size--the Z60t has a 14-inch wide-aspect display, and the Z60m a 15.4-inch wide-screen. Most of the other parts are the same: Pentium M and Celeron M processors, 256MB to 2GB of blazing 533MHz memory, 5,400rpm hard drives with capacities between 40GB and 100GB, DVD-ROM/CD-RW drives and DVD burners, and integrated Intel 915GM chipsets that borrow up to 128MB of main memory for use as VRAM. With an exceptional design, competitive features, innovative connectivity, and solid performance and battery life, our loaded ThinkPad Z-series configurations proved versatile enough for home and business users at home or on the road. Get the full story in our reviews of the ThinkPad Z60t and the ThinkPad Z60m.
