OneNote revealed

Among the hidden applications in the Windows Phone emulator that Microsoft released this week is a version of OneNote, Office's note-taking application.

Australian technology site TechAU has published a video showing a number of the Windows Phone features. This is the first in a series of screenshots taken from that video.

Word and Excel, too.

The unlocked Windows Phone emulator was posted earlier Friday by Don Ardelean.

The unlocked emulator includes versions of Excel and Word, though it's not clear whether these are recent versions of the applications.

Gaming on Windows Phone

The unlocked emulator didn't seem to have too much new to show on the gaming front. Microsoft has said phone owners will be able to bring over their Xbox Live gamer tag, avatars, and achievements.
