The toys of 'Tron: Legacy' (photos)
The sequel to "Tron" hits theaters this December, and what would any movie be these days without some tie-in toys? Here are just a few of the techie ones that will be available.
Tron toys galore
Movie tie-in toys and gadgets are the norm nowadays, but the original "Tron" holds a special place in the tech world for bringing a vision of the future that no other film did at the time. The makers of its sequel, "Tron: Legacy," are hoping to accomplish the same thing this time around.
Here are a few of the techie, or otherwise neat "Tron"-related products hitting the shelves in the next couple of months. The movie, starring Jeff Bridges, hits theaters December 17.
Tron gaming headphones
Monster's "Tron"-inspired headphones will set you back $349.99 when they come out next month. For that price, they come with built-in lighting, noise cancellation, and music controls built into the cord.
Monster's Tron iPod dock
In the world of "Tron," the disc holds the entire record of a user's identity. In the case of Monster's "Tron"-inspired iPod dock, it's your music library. It goes on sale next month for $249.
Oakley sunglasses/3D glasses
Optics maker Oakley has both "Tron"-inspired sunglasses, as well as a pair of stereoscopic 3D glasses on the way for people to use in their homes or when going to 3D movies in theaters. The sunglasses pictured here will cost you $750 when they arrive in December.

Zero G Light Cycle
This light cycle replica sticks to walls, letting you run it on the ground, on walls, or even on the ceiling.
