Take group photos that include the photographer (pictures)
Groopic lets the photographer be a part of the group photo with smart tools that don't require you to ask a stranger to take the shot.
Use the ghost image for allignment
After you take your first shot, Groopic gives you a ghost image overlay so the second photographer can line up the background for the second pic.
Leave room on the sides!
In our first test shot, the group pic turned out well, with no artifacts to speak of, but I didn't leave enough room on the left side of the shot.
Add filters
The app comes with a few different filters to add to your image. There's nothing out of the ordinary here, but it's nice to be able to spice up your photo a little bit.
Share your pic
Groopic offers the standard options for sharing your photo, with Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, and via SMS message. You also can copy the image or print it out directly.
So many possibilities
While I did the most obvious trick of putting myself on each side of the picture, there are numerous ways to use the app to make funny group shots.
