T-Mobile Sidekick 4G
Shipping this spring, the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G picks up where the Sidekick series left off with the addition of Android 2.2, 4G support (up to 21Mbps), and a 1GHz Hummingbird processor. Pricing was not announced at this time.
Design by Samsung
The T-Mobile Sidekick 4G is designed by Samsung but features a familiar styling to previous models, including the five-row keyboard and swiveling display. Unlike past versions, the Sidekick 4G has a 3.5-inch, WVGA touch screen and offers enhanced messaging services, more entertainment options, and of course, Google services.
Camera
The Sidekick 4G is equipped with a 3-megapixel camera on back, but it also has a front-facing VGA camera for video calls. The smartphone comes preloaded with the Qik video chat client, and video calls can be made over a Wi-Fi or the cellular network.
Colors
The T-Mobile Sidekick 4G will be offered in matte black or pearl magenta.
