Ari Balogh, formerly Yahoo's chief technology officer, is expanding his role to include executive vice president of products. He leads a combined products and technology group that designs Yahoo's sites.

Hilary Schneider

Hilary Schneider is executive vice president of Yahoo's North America division. She is in charge of delivering products to Yahoo users and advertisers in North America. Schneider joined Yahoo in 2006 and formerly oversaw Yahoo's U.S. advertising, publishing, and audience groups.

Yahoo is searching to hire the executive in charge of delivering products to Yahoo users and advertisers in the rest of the world. Previously, separate executives led Europe, Asia-Pacific, and emerging markets.

CFOTim Morse

Tim Morse filled the vitally important CFO role when he joined Yahoo in June 2009, coming to the company from Silicon Valley chipmaker Altera.

Elisa Steele

Elisa Steele, Yahoo's chief marketing officer, previously worked at NetApp, where she ran the global brand strategy and execution programs. Prior to joining NetApp, she led Sun's Integrated Marketing and Merchandising organization.
