The Samsung BlackJack boasts an undeniably sexy black casing that'll look good whether you're in the boardroom or out on a night in town. Its sharp display is also great for watching videos.
Like the T-Mobile Dash, the BlackJack has a soft-touch finish that makes the smart phone easy to grip. It also has a solid construction and feels comfortable to use as a phone.
The Samsung BlackJack sports a 1.3-megapixel camera with video-recording capabilities, and we were quite impressed by the camera phone's photo quality.
Like BlackBerrys, the device has a thumb wheel and a Back button on the right side for one-handed navigation. Unlike a BlackBerry, it also has a Micro SD expansion slot.
The BlackJack's QWERTY keyboard is a bit more cramped than the Motorola Q's but still usable. The number keys for dialing are highlighted in gray for easy identification.
