This is a new fitness tracking watch from Philips.
The watch is part of a new collection of devices that collect important information about your health and wellbeing and feed that data into the cloud.
The watch tracks steps walked, calories burned, your heart rate and more basic stats.
That data is synced with the cloud so you track your performance on your phone or tablet.
The app then gives you feedback on your progress and goals.
Over time you can monitor different aspects of your health and wellbeing, including how well you sleep.
To keep you motivated, the app gives you motivational tips and quotes.
Tell the app how much weight you want to lose and it'll plot your performance and tell you what you need to do.
You can set different goals, like being more active or losing weight.
Data can be broken down into different forms.
Other bits of kit in the range include this blood pressure cuff.
Or you can track your heart rate on the go with a smaller, portable blood pressure cuff.
You can track your temperature over time with this smart thermometer.
The watch is expected to go on sale in 2016.
