One of the best for tilt-shift videos has some big drawbacks (pictures)
TiltShift Video is top notch for its intended purpose, but it needs more features to be a great app.
Adjust or resize the focal area
Drag the anchors around to adjust where the camera remains in focus (inside lines) and where it starts to blur (outside lines). You also have several shapes to choose from to get the effect you want.
Use sliders to tweak the look
TiltShift Video lets you adjust the amount of blur and smoothing using sliders.
Change vignette intensity
You can set the intensity of the vignette (the dark shading effect) so that it's subtle or make it extremely pronounced if you want.
Save presets
When you find a configuration of settings you like, you can save them and use them on other photos and videos.
You're finished. Now what?
Unfortunately there are no sharing features in TiltShift Video, which is shame because this is the type of project you would want to share. Also, once your video is rendered, there's no way to go back to the editing tools to make changes; you'll have to start over from scratch.
