Like the first Nokias of the 1990s, the 220 will come in a rainbow of colors. It will sell for only €29 ($39, £24).
The yellow hue in particular is bold and bright. This is not just another black smartphone.
The main menu has a simple icon-based design. Below the 2.4-inch, 320x240-pixel display is the navigation array and alphanumeric keypad. Points if you remember how to use T9.
You can use Twitter on the 220.
It's very slim and light.
Nokia saturates its plastic with colour, so scratches don't show up as much.
The 220 has just a 2-megapixel camera.
