Start moving

The first time you launch the app, you can start from scratch, or log in to an account you previously created using the iPhone app in the past.

Automatic Tracking

You are tracked using the combination of the iPhone 5S' M7 chip and GPS, or on older iPhones using GPS and the accelerometer. Color-coded bubbles help you quickly read what activity you were most active in for a particular day.

Today

At any time you can launch the app and view a timeline of the day's activity, complete with locations, commute times, and number of steps.

Set records

You can view your past activities, including when you've set a personal record, by swiping to the left in the app.

Viewing your activity stats for the past week is as simple as swiping down on the main screen.

You have to set up the app and enter some additional information to track the number of calories you burn during a particular activity.

Settings

You can quickly access settings or pause tracking at any time by tapping on the M.
