Black or silver
The camera will come in black and silver versions, though the black one won't be available until 2 months after the silver. Here, they're posing with the block of aluminum from whence they came.
Pop-up flash
It has a built-in flash, but it doesn't tilt back to bounce the light.
M-mount adapter
Leica will offer an adapter to use older M-mount lenses.
Optional EVF
The big, extra-cost EVF tilts.
Tile-based touchscreen interface
The nicely designed interface lets you drag and drop the most frequently used settings into the main screen. You can also see what a fingerprint magnet it is.

There are two context-sensitive dials to use in conjunction with the touchscreen.
23mm f2 lens
The T series will initially ship with an 18-56mm f3.5-5.6 lens and this 23mm f2 lens.
Clever connectors
Using a small tool, you eject the covers from the strap connectors.

The strap locks in to the connector.
Colorful covers
Leica will offer grippier silicone covers for the camera.
