Laundroid is tall, dark and functional (pictures)
If you hate folding laundry as much as we do, you might be very interested in learning about Laundroid.
TOKYO -- At the 2015 CEATEC show in Japan, a company called Seven Dreamers had an interesting robot to show off.
It was hidden behind an ominous black door.
Its name is Laundroid, and it's a laundry folding robot.
Unfolded laundry goes into the slot and then, about 5 minutes later...
...out comes a perfectly folded shirt!
Yes, with no human intervention, the laundry is done.
The next step toward robot domination?
Laundroid is slated to go on sale sometime in 2016.
