Kavaj Berlin leather iPad and iPad Mini cases (pictures)

Kavaj is a Germany-based company that makes cases for iPhones, iPads, Samsung tablets, and smartphones. Recently, they sent me a couple of cases that caught my eye.
The cases fit tightly and the leather is thin enough to reveal the elegant design of the devices.

The company's embossed name adds a nice touch to both cases. "Kavaj" means "coat" or "jacket" in Swedish.

A view of the Kavaj Berlin iPad and iPad Mini cases from the side. The leather is very thin, but high-quality and nice to the touch. This being said, I don't know how well the device would be protected if dropped.

Cutouts for ports and the camera and embossed shapes for the power button and volume rocker all lined up correctly. At first, I had a little trouble getting the cases on, but this is probably because the leather is new.

On the front of each case is one stitched seam for use when viewing in upright mode. The minimalist look really appeals to my tastes.

Speaker and power ports shown here. The iPad Mini case's speaker port is fully cut out, while the iPad case's port consists of multiple punched holes.

The fine leather grain can be seen in this photo. Quality material is used in the construction of both cases.

All in all, I was very satisfied with both cases' look, feel, and quality, even if they lack a high level of protection against drops and impacts.
