Too Similar? Samsung Galaxy Tab and the iPad

A U.K. court says Samsung's Galaxy Tab isn't "cool" enough to constitute an infringement of Apple's iPad. Click through this slideshow and judge for yourself.

'They are not as cool'

Referring to different versions of the Samsung Galaxy Tab, the judge said, "They do not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design. They are not as cool."
