We saw a $10,000 refrigerator, a home pizza oven and other toys for discerning appliance lovers with coin to spare at the Kitchen and Bath Industry show in Las Vegas this week.

A new line of luxury
LG launched a new brand of luxury appliances. Called Signature, the company kicked off the line with a high-end fridge, oven and dishwasher.

The Signature refrigerator costs a whopping $9,800 and is designed to compete with brands such as Viking and Sub-Zero
Smarter cooling
It's a built-in side-by-side with 25.6 cubic feet of space and app-enabled smarts.
Signature Electric Slide-in Range (UPSE3024ST)
Along with the fridge, the new Signature line includes this glamorous $5,000 electric slide-in range.
Heating up the high-end market
A convection oven on the bottom with continuous grates on top and polished stainless everywhere else, the oven certainly looks the part of a luxury appliance.
Practicality and looks
The oven offers 6.3 cubic feet of space, and the range connects to your Wi-Fi network, letting you check its status from afar. You can also use the app to directly address maintenance issues with the Signature line's dedicated concierge service.

Rounding out the list of the Signature brand's initial offerings, the 24-inch fully integrated dishwasher also comes with smarts and the line's concierge service.
Quiet as a mouse
The new dishwasher will run at a whisper-quiet 40 decibels.

It offers flexible racks for loading oddly shaped dishes.
TurboSteam
It also sports steam vents so you don't have to worry about prerinsing.
Luxury pizza?
Moving on from the Signature line, can a dedicated pizza oven actually make a better pie?
GE Monogram Pizza Oven
Better pizza is the promise of the $9,900 GE Monogram Pizza Oven, which reaches temps up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit (427 Celsius) in around 30 minutes.
A properly charred crust
Those high temps allow the oven to create Neapolitan style crust with its traditional crispy char.

The results were pretty tasty.
Electrolux Perfect Steam EFLS617
Electrolux's newest washer and dryer aren't outrageously expensive, but still have luxurious features.
Cleaning to the max
The $1,100 EFLS617 washer mixes water and soap in a special chamber before the cycle begins. Electrolux claims this allows the machine to achieve new heights in cleaning capability.
Controlled mechanics
The Electrolux washer also tries to maximize cleaning power by precisely controlling the mechanical movement of the machine.
Electrolux Perfect Steam dryer EFLS617S
The $1,100 Electrolux Perfect Steam Dryer not only eliminates moisture, but supposedly removes wrinkles and refreshes your clothes by removing 99.9 percent of bacteria.
Electrolux Expressionist Coffee Maker
Electrolux also showed off the company's $150 thermal coffee maker at KBIS.
High-tech java
Complete with a water filter, the machine brews a cup of joe with an Advanced Brewing System that aims to extract better aromas and flavors from your beans.
Delayed start
You can also set the coffee maker to automatically start up to 24 hours in advance.
Obsidian inside
With a distinctive black interior, LED lighting and sturdy steel drawers, the Jenn-Air Obsidian line of refrigerators is quite stunning.
Grill like a gaucho
Up your outdoor grilling game with the Gaucho Grill by Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet. For $18,000, this massive machine lets you cook with a wood fire and rotisserie in high Argentinian style.
Smoking hot robotics
Another wild appliance by Kalamazoo is the Smoker Cabinet, a $12,000 automated smoker that cooks with computerized control.
An oven speed demon
Billed by Viking as the "fastest oven in the world," the Viking TurboChef wall oven will set you back $12,599.
Kitchen coffee upgrade
Forget K-Cups -- why not add a built-in espresso and coffee machine to your kitchen wall? The $3,800 Miele CVA 6800 coffee system lets you do just that.
