The Immedia Blink won't break the bank (pictures)
Meet Blink, startup Immedia's $79/£55/AU$112 ($99/£69/AU$140 starting on February 1) battery-powered security cam.
Immedia's Blink camera began as a Kickstarter campaign.
A $79/£55/AU$112 one-camera pack includes the camera and the requisite plug-in Sync Module.
(On February 1, the price will increase to $99/£69/AU$140 and international shipping is scheduled to start in the second quarter of the year.)
Blink is battery-powered and comes with two lithium AA batteries; it's supposed to last for up to one year.
Blink comes with a stand, but you have to attach that yourself.
Otherwise, you can simply set it on a flat surface.
The Sync Module is designed to extend the range of your camera, supposedly up to 100 feet away.
