HTC Titan hands-on (photos)

The HTC Titan--armed with a faster processor, front-facing camera, and Windows Phone Mango--will hit Europe this fall, hopefully followed by the U.S. CNET offers you an early hands-on look here.

HTC Titan

The HTC Titan is the higher-end model of the two Windows Phone Mango devices announced by HTC today. The smartphone has a 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor, 16GB of internal memory, and a 1,630mAh battery.

Design and display

The Titan features a 4.7-inch WVGA touch screen, which to our recollection is the biggest display on a smartphone yet. Though it's clear and bright, HTC went with a slightly higher-resolution screen and also varied the design a bit, as it's very reminiscent to the HTC HD7.

Top view

Nothing too crazy on top of the device, just your standard power/lock button and 3.5mm headphone jack.
