HTC Freestyle hands-on (photos)
CNET takes a hands-on look at the upcoming HTC Freestyle for AT&T.
HTC Freestyle
The HTC Freestyle is a feature phone based on Qualcomm's Brew MP platform, which will be coming to AT&T. The carrier also announced at CES 2011 that it plans on launching five additional quick messaging phones running Brew MP.

Since software is not finalized, HTC showed off a nonworking device. The handset will run a revised version of HTC Sense along with its FriendStream widget.
The smartphone offers a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive touch screen; just below that are Talk and End keys and a back button.

The Freestyle features an aluminum unibody design that's lightweight and slim. It felt nice in hand--quite similar to the HTC Wildfire, but thinner.

On top of the device you'll find the power button and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The smartphone is equipped with a 3.2-megapixel camera. Other features include an FM radio, GPS, 3G, and a 528MHz processor.
