HTC Aria (AT&T)
The HTC Aria is AT&T's second Android phone. It's a midrange model running Android 2.1 with HTC Sense. The smartphone will be available on June 20 for $129.99.
Compact design
Unlike some of the latest devices, like the HTC Evo 4G, the Aria is quite compact. It measures 4.6 inches tall by 2.3 inches wide by 0.5 inch thick and weighs 4.6 ounces, so it's easy to slip into a pants pocket. The one trade off is that you get a smaller 3.2-inch screen.
Navigation buttons
Below the display are four touch-sensitive controls--home, menu, back, and search--and an optical joystick.
Left side
On the left spine, you will find a volume rocker.
Bottoms up
The Aria is equipped with a Micro-USB port, which can be found on the bottom of the device.
Sunny surprise
Like the HTC HD Mini, when you pry off the back cover, you'll find that the internal part of the phone is yellow. It's purely superficial but still kind of cool.
Picture quality
The Aria has a 5-megapixel camera, but without a flash indoor shots came out a bit dull.
