This 1928 Hispano Suiza H6B took the stage at the Geneva auto show to demonstrate the nameplate's heritage. Powered by an 8.8-liter eight-cylinder engine, it could reach 87 mph.
Spanish company Mazel now owns the Hispano Suiza nameplate, and created this badge for a new supercar.
The sharp overhangs of the new Hispano Suiza supercar cover an Audi R8 chassis.
The Hispano Suiza also uses the Audi R8 5.2's V-10 engine. Mazel strapped two superchargers onto the engine, pumping horsepower from 525 to 739 horsepower.
Mazel got some fine help for the Hispano Suiza's cabin, enlisting luxury stereo maker Bang & Olufsen to build the audio system.
