Motorola Defy
The Motorola Defy is an updated and sleeker version of the Motorola i1, which is available for Boost Mobile and Sprint Nextel. The Defy is billed as rugged, with water-resistant and dust-proof features. It has a nice 3.7-inch WVGA touch-screen display, and it ships with Android 2.1 and the recently enhanced MotoBlur interface. It has DLNA support, a Flash Lite-enabled browser, and Motorola's CrystalTalk Plus technology for clearer audio quality.
Defy ruggedness
The Motorola Defy is military-specified to withstand a great deal of environmental hazards. It's water-resistant, shock-proof, and dust-proof, which combine to make a pretty rugged phone. Motorola says the Defy will be good for those who lead an active outdoors lifestyle.
Camera and other features
The Motorola Defy has a 5-megapixel autofocus camera on the back. It has digital zoom and video recording capabilities. Other features include GPS, Wi-Fi, and support for T-Mobile's 3G network.
