Google+ gets a cleaner interface and photo-editing tools (pictures)
The latest Google+ app for Android adds new photo-editing features and a cleaner layout that matches up with the recently redesigned Web version.
Do more with photos
New photo-editing tools and filters let you quickly add a little pizzazz to your images before posting them to your feed.
Select Circles
At the top of your Home feed, you can touch a button to filter posts by Circle.
Left-side navigation menu
The slide-out navigation menu is still the best way to quickly jump around all the sections of Google+. Notice how Hangouts remains, but touching it will bring you to Google Play to download the new standalone Hangouts app.
Messenger is still here
You can still communicate in Messenger, but at the top of the interface you're prompted to upgrade your chatting experience to the new Hangouts app.
Auto hashtags help you discover more
As you browse through stories, follow the auto hashtags at the top to find more content.
