Signature style
The X-E1 displays the same retro stylings of the rest of Fujifilm's X series.
Top view
Notice the old-fashioned cable-release socket in the shutter button.
Back
It uses a combination of controls from the X-Pro1 and the X100.
SD card location
I expect the SD card slot to be in a better location in a camera this expensive, especially if it's going to be used on a tripod. The tripod mound is in a really bad spot.
Connectors
Flash
It's got a nicely designed pop-up flash that looks like it might be able to tilt back for bouncing.
Top
This is the new 18-55mm lens -- the first zoom for the X series -- that will be offered in a kit.
Sensor
It uses the same X-Trans sensor that's in the X-Pro1.
