Fotodanz brings cinemagraphs to Android (pictures)
Similar to the popular iOS app Cinemgram, Fotodanz lets you create partially animated photos called cinemagraphs.
Make your photos dance
To begin using Fotodanz, simply compose a photo like you normally would, and hit the capture button. The app will also capture at least 3 seconds of video for you to use in your cinemagraph.
Trace what you want to animate
Once you compose and capture your shot, use your finger to trace the area you want to animate. Fotodanz lets you trace up to six isolated or overlapping areas.

Save your cinemagraph
Once you complete and save your cinemagraph, you can rotate it if you need to. Also, from the gallery screen, you can share to Facebook or through Gmail.
