Exploring life on our planet (pictures)
Part-documentary, part-interactive experience, Brian Cox's Wonders of Life has a ton of great scientific content.
Follow the narrative or browse
The first screen for Wonders of Life has buttons across the bottom where you can follow the narrative in sequence. Swiping on Earth or touching the rocket icon at the top of the screen brings up other ways to navigate the app.
High resolution photography
As you explore the app, you'll come across over 1,000 high resolution photos with captions to set the stage.
Get more information
While the app is filled with colorful photos, video, and interactive sections, you also can read more about most subjects by swiping up on a thumbnail from the bottom of the launch screen.
Don't let the blurriness fool you
When you drill down to some subjects in the app, you'll be greeted with an animated loop that brings that section of the world to life.
Explore under the surface
You'll also be able to look at HD photos, watch video, and read about underwater life.
