Sharknado

ATLANTA -- The vibe at Dragon Con, a four-day gathering that celebrates multiple geeky genres, would instantly feel like nirvana for any nerd. Aside from incredible guests, art, product bonanzas, and hundreds of panels discussing and celebrating everything from "Star Wars" to "Game of Thrones," there's another element to the show: people watching.

You could literally spend the entire show checking out all of the amazing costumes (also known as "cosplay") created by fans who trek from all corners of the US to share their incredible creations.

The Sharknado was one of the most popular costumes wandering around the circuit, inspiring laughter and countless photo opportunities by those passing by. The costume even spun around, causing further amusement.
