Best Cyber Monday 2017 cheap TV deals (plus our favorite picks)

It's the first Monday after Black Friday, and most of last week's deals on TVs are gone. In their place, however, are more deals on TVs that don't require you to leave the house. Here's a few of our favorites, along with CNET's picks.

Price per square inch of screen: $0.26

Our take: Like a quintessential Black Friday deal, this one's a crazy cheap offer on a no-name brand. We have no idea whether it's any good, but (say it with me) "at this price, who cares?"

Bonus: Target has a essentially the same TV by Polaroid for the same price.

Price per square inch of screen: $0.25

Our take: Another Black Friday-esque deal, this set is three inches bigger for just $20 more, and includes Chromecast built-in.

Price per square inch of screen: $0.28

Our take: Very similar to the last set but in a more living-room-friendly size, this is another Best Buy exclusive with Chromecast built in, and the cheapest 4K TV on the list. And from here on out, they're all 4K.

Our take: The first Roku TV sighting! We're big fans of that Smart TV system--much bigger than Chromecast--and in our previous tests Insignia sets performed as well as other entry-level Rokus.

Our take: At the other end of the price-per-inch spectrum is this Vizio. So why did we include it? Simply because it's the best-performing LCD TV on this list, with truly excellent image quality. But stay tuned for a deal on OLED TVs, which perform even better.

Our take: Three different traditional stores are offering the exact same Samsung TV for the same price, and it's not a bad deal. But we're guessing the Vizio on the next page has a better picture.

CNET's Pick

Our take: Just like its 50-inch brother from two slides ago, this Vizio earns my pick because it's a great TV for a great price. Of course, it can't compete against the 55-inch OLED TV on the next slide, but you can buy two and a half of these for the price of one of those. 

Note that image shows the 65-inch version we reviewed, not the 55-incher on sale now. Unfortunately, that 65 didn't get a price cut, but it's still a good deal at $1,000. Stay tuned for a sweet deals on larger Ms, however.

CNET's Pick

Our take: This is the lowest price on the best picture quality we've ever tested, and according to LG this is the last day you'll be able to get it at this price.

Our take: Fifty-eight inches is an odd duck, and our pick near this size is a 60-inch Vizio a few slides ahead still, but maybe this will suit you if you want the Samsung brand name.

Our take: Yes, Hitachi makes Roku TVs too, and this one's a really good deal on a nice large size. If you prioritize smarts over image quality, choose this one over the Vizio on the next page.

CNET's Pick

Our take: We're picking this 60-incher over the Hitachi Roku TV, because it uses local dimming, so we actually think it will perform better.

Our take: Um, this is one of the cheapest prices we've ever seen for a 65-inch TV. It's just crazy. Don't expect good image quality, but if you just want sheer size for low bucks, it doesn't get much better.

Our take: Yes it's $70 more than that RCA in the previous slide, but it boasts Roku's awesome operating system in the biggest size yet. The Vizio on the next slide performs better, though.

CNET's Pick

Our take: Sure it can't compete with the OLED two slides away, or even the $1,000 65-inch M series, but this E is still a great performer for an excellent price.

Our take: It probably won't have as good an image as that Vizio, but it's a Samsung for the same size and the same price. So maybe you'll like it better.

CNET's Pick

Our take: This is the last day in LG's sale, and a 65-inch OLED might not go this low again until 2018.

The most expensive TV on this list aside from that 80-inch Vizio you'll see in a few slides, the 65B7A still qualifies as a tremendous deal. Just like its 55-inch brother, this TV offers the best picture quality ever at the lowest price ever. It's still big and beautiful, and you know you want it.

Our take: A good-performing gigantic TV for a grand? Sure, why not? At this size, however, we'd invest another $300 for an even better image

Our take: Are you starting to detect a pattern to my picks? Actually it's kind of a tough call between this 70-incher, a member of my Editors' Choice-winning M series, and the 70-inch E from the last slide. For another $300 you get a significantly better TV, however -- and in our book that's worth paying.

Our take: A simply insane price on a simply gigantic TV. No, we have no idea if it's any good, so you're taking a risk at this price, but maybe the crazy price is enough to sway you. If not...

Price per square inch of screen: $0.64

Our take: If you want a good 75-inch TV this Cyber Monday, the price probably won't get any better than this. Unlike the last TV from Sceptre, we can confirm that this Vizio actually delivers solid image quality.

CNET's pick

Our take: Stop me if you think that you've heard this one before. Here, once again, is our favorite series of non-OLED TV for 2017, in a truly massive size, for a price that's really tough to beat for this level of image quality.

Price per square inch of screen: $0.83

Our take: Sure, both of the Vizios from the previous two slides likely deliver a superior picture, but this is still a very good price on a huge Sony.

Store: Costco, Sam's Club

Price per square inch of screen: $0.92

Our take: This price for a TV this massively gigantic is pure, gross, unadulterated insanity with a side of cray-cray. It might even be worth a club membership.
