BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930
The BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930 takes RIM's most popular design and adds a 2.8-inch, 640x480-pixel touch screen. Other new features include a 1.2GHz processor, BlackBerry OS 7, and NFC support. Both AT&T and Sprint have already announced that they will offer this model later this year, but pricing and release dates were not disclosed at this time.
Keyboard
Like previous models, the Bold's keyboard is outstanding. The roomy layout and good-size buttons are easy to press, and the brightly illuminated keys make it easy to type in darker environments.
Thinnest BlackBerry
RIM says the Bold 9900/9930 is the thinnest BlackBerry yet at just 10.5mm thick. Indeed, it feels slimmer than previous models, while still retaining a premium look and feel with its brushed stainless steel accents. Shown here is the left side, which features a 3.5mm headphone jack and a Micro-USB port.
Right side
On the right spine, you'll find a volume rocker, a convenience key, and a camera button.
Top view
Viewing the smartphone from the top also shows how much thinner and smaller the Bold 9900/9930 is compared to previous Bold models.
Camera
On back, you'll find the smartphone's 5-megapixel camera, which is also capable of recording 720p HD video.
