One of the new services introduced by AT&T is next-generation messaging. This will allow you to reply to a group of contacts (up to 10) via text message and also supports threaded chat view and a consolidated in-box.
AT&T Address Book is a cloud-based service that lets you sync and back up your phone's contacts to an online address book. From the Web portal, you can also send text messages as well as import contacts from Web-based accounts. There is no fee for this service.
AT&T Mobile Share is another cloud-based service and allows users to share their photos and videos (10MB cap on file size) with friends and upload them to their PC, social networking sites, and a Web-based storage locker. You can then access these files from your computer or your handset at any time.
Unlike AT&T Address Book, there is a fee to use AT&T Mobile Share. It costs $10 per month for 50 media transfers (there's an alternative pay-per-use option at 35 cents per transfer) and includes online storage of 250MB at no charge. Customers can purchase an additional 10GB of storage for $5 per month.
