At Nokia World in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday, Nokia unveiled its first tablet, the Lumia 2520. This 10.1-inch device sports a curved design, is running Windows 8.1 RT, and has support for LTE.
It'll be available later this year for $449.
Like the 6-inch Lumia 1520 phone, the tablet packs in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor.
There's a 6.7-megapixel camera, too, along with Nokia's camera software that gives manual control over settings like white balance and shutter speed.
It's surprisingly slim for a 10.1-inch device.
On the side you'll find USB 3.0 support and HDMI out.
Poke the tray out to slide in a 4G SIM and microSD card.
The buttons are lifted straight from the Lumia 920.
An optional keyboard stand is available, too. It'll cost you $149, though.
It adds an extra 5 hours of battery life, bringing the total to around 16 hours -- not bad.
The raised keys of the keyboard are pretty comfortable to type on.
It folds up neatly, too, protecting the display when you're moving around.
Will Windows RT find any kind of support in Nokia's hands?
The 2520 is one of only two tablets on the market that ship with Windows 8.1 RT. The other is Microsoft's Surface 2.
The tablet comes in glossy red and white, and a matte finish in black and cyan.
The left side houses the headphone jack and charging port. Instead of Micro-USB, the tablet uses a proprietary charger that comes with a feature called "fast charging," which will quickly power up your battery if you're in a rush. With it, you can get a 50 percent charge in 30 minutes, and up to 80 percent in an hour.
It's undeniably slender -- easy to slide into a bag.
Also launching with the 2520 is Nokia's Storyteller app. It uses GPS to map out your photos based on where you took them.
On the top, there's a volume rocker and power/lock button.
