The happy-poop emoji has inspired fashion designers and artists alike, but what about cooks?

Amateur pastry chef Rosanna Pansino explains how to make adorable poop-emoji chocolate meringue cookies on her YouTube show Nerdy Nummies. Pansino makes cooking look easy and fun, which probably explains why she has over 5 million subscribers to her geeky cooking show. She also has a new book out, "The Nerdy Nummies Cookbook."

Pansino's recipe for the cute poop cookies calls for meringue powder, sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, water, brown food coloring and small candy eyeballs. The exact measurements are on the Nerdy Nummies video page.

You'll also need a plastic bag, pencil, frosting decorating metal tips, a baking sheet, parchment paper, a large stainless steel or glass mixing bowl and a mixer.

You'll make the meringue cookies like you'd make pretty much any meringue cookies, putting your salt, water and meringue powder in the mixing bowl and mixing until the ingredients are foamy, then adding vanilla extract and sugar. The brown food coloring and cocoa powder will give the cookies their poopy glow. Add a No. 12 decorating tip to a plastic bag and scoop the mixture inside to start shaping your cookies into the pile of crap they're meant to be.

To make the perfect poop emoji, you'll start twirling the mixture in the middle of circles drawn onto parchment paper and make a spiral toward the outside and up. Three swirls a poo are perfect. And don't worry. When you take these treats out of the oven, they won't stink up the place.
