We have now beaten this topic to the ground and then some. In any case, after yesterday's posting, in which some readers disputed a point made by Glen Anderson in yet an earlier posting, readers have come to Glenn's defense, claiming he was correct after all. Or, more precisely, both views are sort of correct. The key is to understand that there are two independent aspects to RAM speed being discussed, not one. We updated yesterday's item with these reader replies.
