Yahoo buys Chinese startup with social network analysis focus

Acquisition just the latest in Marissa Mayer's one-year stewardship as Yahoo CEO.

Yahoo made its latest acquisition in the Marissa Mayer regime, picking up a Chinese company specializing in social network data analysis called Ztelic. The company was founded by Zheng Hao, who formerly was in charge of Yahoo's research and development operations in Beijing.
