Xbox 360 price drops in Australia
Microsoft has announced that the popular gaming and entertainment console will now be available from just AU$199.
Just after the release of a new look, lower cost PlayStation 3, Microsoft has announced a price drop across its whole range of Xbox 360 devices.
The console will now start at just AU$199 for the 4GB model, and up to AU$299 for the 250GB version. The Kinect has also dropped, losing AU$50 off its price for an RRP of AU$149.
Limited-edition consoles will now cost AU$399, although this only applies to pre-existing packs, not to upcoming limited-edition releases, such as the Halo 4 bundle.
The new pricing comes into effect on Thursday, 4 October.
